FAQ's for Celebration Travel:
Why did I get a bill, my account is paid in full?
The computer automatically generates a bill to every traveler paid in full or not. If you are paid in full, please disregard the invoice.
Do I really have to be paid in full by the final payment date?
Yes. If you are not paid in full by the final payment date, you will be cancelled.
How long is the optional travel insurance available?
Travel Insurance can be purchased up and until the final payment date, no later. The extra money must be included in your payment.
Can I skip the monthly payments and pay my account in full by the final payment date?
No. Unless your account is paid in full, you must have activity on a monthly basis or else you may be cancelled. Payment in full before the final payment date is acceptable.
Can I pay my account in full now?
Yes. At anytime, you may pay your account in full. You will still receive monthly invoices thanking you for your payment.
I did not receive an invoice, how do I pay?
You do not need an invoice to make a payment. Invoices are sent out roughly once a month. If you sign up in-between invoicing dates, if we have an incorrect address, or there is a problem with the USPS you may not receive an invoice. To make a payment simply include the following on your check or money order; Traveler ID and/or Name of Student and School they are traveling with. You can also make payments on-line at www.USAStudentTravel.com
Can I make a Credit Card payment on-line?
Yes. Our website is www.usastudenttravel.com. You may instead fax the return portion of your invoice with the traveler ID# to 916-939-6806. Please note that if you pay by credit card your account will be charged a $15.00 non-cash price.
Can I make a Credit Card payment over the phone?
No. We need to have a signature on file before we can charge your credit card. You can fax the return portion of your invoice with the ID# to 916-939-6806.
What credit cards are accepted?
We accept, Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards. We cannot accept American Express cards.
Can I still give my payment to the organizer/Teacher at the school?
No. For faster processing, please mail your payment to USA Student Travel in the envelope provided.
Who do I make my check payable to?
Please make all checks payable to USA Student Travel and always include your traveler ID#.
When do I let you know whom I want to room with?
Roommates (if applicable) are assigned after the final payment date. We will send the rooming forms to the head organizer of your trip. It is your responsibility to contact them to sign up for a room. Remember, the price of your trip is based on quad occupancy (4 per room).
I want to cancel my trip, what do I do?
All cancellations must be in writing. Please either fax or mail in your cancellation letter with your Traveler ID #. All cancellation charges will apply.

Evidence of Benefits
Many travelers feel that a vacation is a significant financial investment, and it is vital to protect your trip and yourself. There are certain circumstances that could arise at the last moment causing you not to travel. There may also be situations arising at your destination that can be inconvenient and costly.
USA Student Travel INCLUDES the basic Benefit Plan* for every passenger. We also recommend that you purchase the additional Optional Benefits* to give you that extra comfort level.
As a courtesy, the optional USA Student Travel Protection Plan is automatically added to your account. The cost of the plan is calculated based upon the total cost of your trip and is separately identified on your invoice. USA Student Travel highly recommends the purchase of "Optional Travel Insurance" to protect your investment in your graduation trip. This Plan, administered by Travel Insured International, will reimburse you if you have to cancel your reservation due to a medical situation. The added benefits also cover trip interruption or delays, and lost or delayed luggage. Should you wish to decline the coverage and take full financial responsibility, simply indicate so in writing to our office prior to March 1 of the year you are traveling. Coverage does not start until date of purchase.

USA Student Travel's Policy on Coverage
Because unforeseen circumstances occur, it is wise to protect your money in case of a need to cancel your trip arising from an emergency such as illness or death in the immediate family. The majority of travelers invest in the small premium to have the comfort and security of insurance protection. (USA Student Travel or USA Educational Adventures) will include the cost ($29-$99 depending on the price of your tour program) of the optional cancellation insurance (offered by Travel Insured International) on your invoice as a courtesy to you. If you do not want the insurance coverage, you may note that on the return portion of the invoice by checking the denial box and the premium will be removed from your invoice. You must do this prior to final payment date. If the participant chooses to deny coverage, he/she will assume full financial responsibility for the cost of the travel package price and will hold USA harmless for any losses due to cancellation, lost or stolen baggage, delays or any other unforeseen circumstances. If you do not deny the insurance, the coverage will be activated after your next payment over $150.00. An insurance brochure outlining all the coverage and limitations will be sent.
