Dobbin House - Historical Underground Railroad Stop
The Dobbin House is a historical landmark that once served as a stop on the Underground Railroad. A small crawl place served as the station for runaway slaves to hide in during their dangerous journey on the Underground Railroad. The House now also serves as a restaurant and tavern in a traditional colonial manner, with candlelight and fireplaces providing a cozy atmosphere. It also houses the elegant Abigail Adams Ballroom and an in-house bakery.
