Old Sturbridge Village
Located in Sturbridge, Massachuessetts, this living museum seeks to recreate colonial life from the 1790s to the 1830s. The village includes a working farm, three water-powered mills, and 59 antique buildings. The Center Village includes a bank, a cider mill, a shoe shop, a tavern, and many other recreated buildings true to the styles and tastes of the time. Interpreters will help you communicate and interact with the village folk, allowing you an in-depth learning experience unlike any other.
